Betr has created a betting website that’s quick to load and remarkably speedy to use. We found that we could browse and place bets without too much fuss, and there was a refreshing absence of annoying graphics and pop-ups.
The Betr site is fairly similar to most other Australian sports betting sites. We found that we could get a quick and friendly response from Betr by using the live chat feature that’s handily located in the bottom left of the bookmaker’s site. This is a great feature for those who need a response in real-time.

All of this should help to produce some good Betr ratings for their customer support team. But we also found that Betr had opted to conveniently produce a very helpful FAQ section. While some bookmakers’ FAQs can be pretty brief and vague, the Betr offering was remarkably detailed and helpful. It’s a good place to find information about things like withdrawals and security. We highly recommend that bettors turn to this section of the site first to answer theri queries, as it is quite comprehensive and will most probably save you time.

License & Security - Is Betr legit?
As seen in our
PlayUp review, the licensing and security of a provider is a serious considerations before you sign-up. Betr has only been around for a handful of years so there are probably more than a few Australian sports fans who will be asking ‘Is Betr secure?’. Thankfully we can reveal that this is a legitimate sports betting site that is licensed by Racing NSW and is governed and regulated in both Southern Australia and the Northern Territory. We should also note that Betr is a member of the NSW Bookmakers’ Co-Operative which means that you’re guaranteed payments of any and all winnings.
But is Betr secure in how it handles your data? The bookmaker’s FAQ section states that all of your betting transactions will be stored in an off-site hosting facility which means that there will be a secure log of all of your activity. Plus all internet bets can be monitored by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. The site is also protected by advanced SSL encryption from Cloudflare.

We have to admit that we were surprised with the quality of the Betr sports betting service. While this is certainly not the largest bookmaker in Australia, they offer a fair, legal, and easy way to bet on a wide variety of sports and races.
Betr showed that they could serve up some fairly competitive sports bets, while offering convenient services when it came to payments and customer support.
It remains to be seen how Betr will compete against the larger Australian bookmakers in the future. But our review of the Betr betting site shows that this is a bookmaker that you might want to keep an eye on if you are interested in good sports betting odds and a user-friendly betting platform.
