By going into the TAB help centre, you’ll find that the brand have a telephone number that can be used for customer support queries. TAB say that this is available for urgent assistance, but there is no indication given as to whether this is a 24 hour service or not.
There is also an online submission form that can be used to raise any issues with the TAB customer support team. Again, there is no information given as to how quickly TAB will get back to your queries.
Some TAB reviews have criticised the brand for not including any live chat support options. This customer support feature is fairly common at other top Australian bookmakers, and we were surprised that they had yet to implement a live chat service. However, it’s worth noting that TAB encourage customers to get in touch with them via their active Twitter account.

So is TAB reliable for looking after their customers? We think that the brand have taken adequate steps to make sure that you get the most out of their sports betting service.

TAB are a decent Australian bookmaker, and it’s easy to see why many people use their betting service.
