Dates and race tracks are published 1-2 days prior, and if your horse finishes second or third you get up to a $5 refund.

The small print

This offer is available to existing FanFuels Racing (FDR) account holders only. To be eligible to take part you must have an active FDR account, be 21+ years old and be present in a FDR “Participating State”.

Win Bet Insurance only applies to specific races on specific dates, so always check the website for upcoming races where Win Bet Insurance is applied. Tracks and times are published 1-2 days before eligible races.

For your bet to qualify, you must place a win/place, win/show or win/place/show wager. Other bets will not be eligible.

Finally, 3rd place refunds aren’t available on races where there are less than 8 betting interests (runners). Also, Win Bet Insurance isn’t offered on races where there are less than 6 betting interests.
