UFC middleweight Chris “Action-Man” Curtis is “salty as f*ck” because Raul “El Niño Problema” Rosas Jr. has replaced him on the main card of UFC 287.

These two fighters are part of a 14-fight card at Miami’s Miami-Dade Arena on March 4. In a middleweight bout, Curtis (30-9 MMA, 4-1 UFC) will face former interim title challenger Kelvin “K-19 The Widowmaker” Gastelum.

The 18-year-old Rosas (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) will encounter Christian “CeeRod” Rodriguez in his second UFC fight, which is also a pay-per-view bout.

Curtis tweeted on Thursday saying that the bout order was “completely f*cked.” He expressed disbelief at being “bounced from the main card for a child” in one of the year’s best cards.

He explained that he “fought on short notice” and had “gone 4-1 to get ranked” only to get “bounced for a kid with one fight.”

“Yeah I’m salty as f*ck,” Curtis said.

At 17, Rosas became an overnight sensation after the bantamweight fighter dominated his opponent, Mando “El Toro” Gutierrez, on Dana White’s Contender Series. The victory led to Rosas’s promotional debut at UFC 282 in December. He submitted Jay “The Joker” Perrin with a rear-naked choke in the first round of the featured preliminary bout, making him the promotion’s youngest-ever winner.

Rosas later declared that he wanted to win in bigger matches, saying he “ain’t celebrating nothing yet” until he had three belts around his waist. The Mexican fighter said he was “ready to go out there” and demonstrate his abilities as he did in the past.

Rosas explained that many people consider him unrealistic in his ambition of becoming “the youngest UFC champion.” Still, he has complete faith in himself, insisting that he will become a champion in a year or even less than that.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old Curtis is about to compete in the toughest battle of his career as Gastelum (17-8 MMA, 11-8 UFC) has faced more champions and title challengers than Curtis’ other opponents.
