The 2024 Super Bowl, also known as Super Bowl LVIII, is approaching fast and, with it, brings excitement to football fans all over the world.
Super Bowl LVIII will see the Kansas City Chiefs pitted against the San Francisco 49ers at the big game.
The national anthem will be sung by Reba McEntire, while “America the Beautiful” will be sung by Post Malone. Last but not least, Usher will provide entertainment at halftime.
This year, on February 11, 2024, football fans will be glued to their screens on a Sunday to watch the game.
Super Bowl LVIII was awarded to Las Vegas in December of 2021. With one more game added to the regular season, the date was going to conflict with the Mardi Gras celebrations of New Orleans, the original host of Super Bowl LVIII.
The second most expensive stadium in the world opened its doors in 2020, after construction that lasted three years and was completed with a total budget of $1.9 billion.
The stadium has a capacity of approximately 65,000 spectators spread out over ten tiers. It is the home ground of the Las Vegas Raiders – the Allegiant Stadium.
CBS will transmit the Super Bowl while Nickelodeon will be presenting a more kid-oriented version for younger viewers.
There is nobody more suited than our CBS Sports production team, in conjunction with our friends at Nickelodeon, to deliver an innovative and slime-filled Nick-ified telecast for kids and family

The Super Bowl is making NFL history by allowing fans to either watch it live on CBS or stream it online via Paramount+ using a range of devices like iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, Fire TVs, PlayStation 4 and 5, Roku TVs, Xbox, and Google TVs. The CBS broadcast and Paramount+ stream will require cable authentication.
In all of NFL history, this is the first time that the Super Bowl will be broadcast in two different formats.
